While Atlas field hockey provides athletes with an exceptional foundation of skills, tactical knowledge, and competitive games, supplementing that training with outside club programs can offer a valuable edge in overall development. Local and regional clubs often bring exposure to different styles of play that can broaden an athlete's perspective and versatility on the field. Training in varied environments also challenges players to adapt quickly, build new connections within the field hockey community, and stay sharp during off-seasons or between school programs. By combining the structured excellence of Atlas with the diverse opportunities that outside clubs provide, athletes can accelerate their growth, gain increased game experience, and ultimately reach their full potential as well-rounded competitors.

Club Opportunities 

NorthEast Elite

Northeast Elite field hockey is a highly competitive club program that pushes athletes to perform at their highest level through rigorous training and elite competition. Their experienced coaching staff focuses on developing both individual skills and team chemistry, preparing players for success at the high school and collegiate levels. Northeast Elite regularly competes in top-tier tournaments, giving athletes exposure to high-caliber opponents and invaluable game experience. The program has a strong track record of developing players who go on to compete at prestigious programs, making it an excellent option for athletes looking to elevate their game. They have programs that start at  u8. It is a very competitive program, but there are many levels of teams and everyone will find a team to play on.  The program plays a lot at Lowell and  Newburyport.

Wizards

Wizards competes in a wide range of tournaments and leagues, providing athletes with consistent opportunities to test their abilities against quality competition throughout the season. With a welcoming and competitive environment, Wizards is a great choice for athletes who want to grow their game while being part of a supportive and driven field hockey community. They host many jamborees throughout the year and primarily play in Bedford at the Edge, so it is a great local option.

Top Notch 5/6 Indoor Tourney!

April 12 - Grades 5-6

On Sunday, April 12, Top Notch will run it's first annual INDOOR youth tournament for teams in grades 5/6 from 3pm-7pm at New England Premier Sportsplex . Each team is guaranteed 3, 26 minute games ( two 13 minute quarters) in pool play. After all teams have completed their 3 games, there will be a playoff for the Top 4 teams, 2 in each pool. In honor of the Olympic games, BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD medals will be awarded! The games will be 7 v 7, including the goalie. If you do not have a goalie, you may play with 7 field players. Tiebreaker rules will be specified. Certified referees at each game. Manchester Essex FH Summer Clinic

July 6-9 - Grades K-8
Come join the Manchester Essex field hockey team, led by Varsity coach Courtney Brown, for their 4th annual summer youth field hockey clinic. Courtney is committed to developing confidence, fitness, and a strong mindset in her athletes. July 7-9

Join us for an action-packed field hockey camp led by Nike Field Hockey Director Laura Galopim and her elite coaching staff. Open to boys and girls ages 6–18, this camp welcomes players of all experience levels—from beginners to advanced athletes looking to sharpen their competitive edge.

Hosted at Weston High School, our summer field hockey program focuses on developing strong stick skills, improving game strategy, and building player confidence in a supportive and energetic environment.
