Atlas Sports Clinics Refund Policy

At Atlas Sports Clinics, we work hard to provide a great experience for every player. To make that possible, we secure field space, insurance, and staff well in advance of each clinic. Because these costs are paid ahead of time, all registration fees are non-refundable once payment is received.

We understand that plans can change, but unfortunately we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows for any reason (including illness or injury).

If a clinic has to be canceled by Atlas Sports Clinics due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we may offer a partial credit toward a future clinic at our discretion.
